How do we get rid of fat?
You may think fat is burned but this is a myth.
Fat (with Oxygen) is converted into carbon dioxide and water after complex biochemistry.
Proper breathing helps to regulate the bodies fat levels and helps lose weight.
Carbon Dioxide has mass that is invisible to the naked eye and contains the byproduct of fat.
Every time you breathe out you expelling carbon dioxide with mass some of which is the remains of fat being broken down chemically.
To really lose weight you have and combine deep breathing and starve yourself of energy so that your body starts to find and transform the fat. So for instance fasting on water for 1 day and doing 3 or 4 (20 minute) deep breathing routines really makes a big impact.
