In this course you will learn how to identify many muscles involved in yoga poses. Learn how to tone and stretch muscles safely and effectively. 

Physical Exam
In the physical exam you are asked to demonstrate muscles being used in certain postures.

Written Exam
The written exam consists of multiple choice related to anatomy.
